The Role

The Events & Experience Intern supports the planning, execution, and flow of Natty West’s events and in-store experiences. This role focuses on the details that shape how people feel when they walk through the door from event setup and vendor coordination to guest experience and post-event wrap-up.

This is an ideal role for someone interested in events, hospitality, community experiences, or creative operations who enjoys both planning and being hands-on during live moments.

What You’ll Do -

Assist with planning and preparation for workshops, pop-ups, and seasonal events

Support event-day setup, flow, and breakdown

Help coordinate vendors, instructors, and collaborators

Support guest experience during events (check-in, guidance, atmosphere)

Assist with in-store experience details (layout, signage, touchpoints)

Help document events through photos, short videos, or notes for future planning

Support post-event organization and reflections

The Brand & Community Intern supports how Natty West shows up visually, socially, and experientially. This role focuses on maintaining brand presence, strengthening community connections, and supporting the behind-the-scenes work that brings events, content, and in-store moments to life.

This is an ideal role for someone interested in branding, community-building, content, events, or small business operations who wants hands-on experience in a creative, people-forward environment.

What You’ll Do -

Support brand presence across social media and in-store touchpoints

Assist with content creation (Instagram posts, stories, reels, behind-the-scenes)

Help plan, promote, and support events, pop-ups, and workshops

Capture photo and video content in-store and at events

Engage with customers and help foster a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere

Assist with brand organization (content ideas, mood references, light scheduling support)

Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, community moments, and experiences
